Industrial Collective Research is a mechanism enabling businesses to solve shared problems through shared projects. Collectively with other enterprises and with the support of university institutes, it is possible to realize research projects with high economical and practical relevance. The Institute of Dynamics and Vibration Research is a research centre, for example, for projects carried out by the Research Association for Combustion Engines (Forschungsvereinigung Verbrennungskraftmaschinen e.V., FVV) supported by the German Federation of Industrial Research Associations (Arbeitsgemeinschaft industrieller Forschungsvereinigungen, AiF) and by the Central Innovation Programme SME (Zentrales Innovationsprogramm für den Mittelstand, ZIM).
We offer companies cooperation on many levels; this includes long-term research cooperations, but also services, pre-competitive research, feasibility studies or seminars. We are well networked nationally and internationally with other research institutions. This results in interdisciplinary, practice-oriented research projects. The results flow directly into our teaching.
Within the framework of research contracts and service projects, we develop customised solutions for your company together with you. This can involve modelling, calculation, measurement or validation, but also consulting, the execution of feasibility studies or the development of advanced training courses for your employees. Contact us - we will be happy to provide you with an offer tailored to your needs!
